My basss guitar doesn't fit in.

I ordered this bass guitar bag recently together with a squier fender classic vibe 60s jazz bass. Before I ordered I had a talk with the bajaao team regarding the bag to kindly check whether the bass 'fits in' or else I will cancel the bag. They said 'dont worry' they will check in. My bass and bag reached on 3rd of Feb 2025. I called them up several times but it always says busy. They have asked me to record my voice call, I did but no response.
Kindly improve the service on behalf of all the musicians.
