There was no key delivered for the lock on the case and when I raised a complaint bajaao shamelessly replied they don't manufacture the key with the case. I don't know what they are consuming in their office breaks but this is not how you sell stuff

We made no claims that this case contains lock and key. There are a lot of cases that dont come with locks, especially since there are many airlines that have explicit policy to disallow any locking of guitar cases. In subsequent models we may add the lock. Please note we have stated in the product description that 'This case does not include key and lock'
